Introducing RevPAR Excelerator

RevPAR Excelerator is a Revenue Management tool which, as the name suggests, assists hoteliers to increase their revenues. There are three modules with each providing specific recommendations.

The main module, evaluates various financial, occupancy and statistical data and recommends dynamic pricing for what is commonly known as the Best Available Rate of the day. This module includes a forecasting component based on recent and current trends of the hotel. With regular forecast validations, you can predict future occupancies and revenues fairly accurately.

Group Evaluator

This module enhances your Revenue Management by helping you assess group requests and making recommendations on whether to accept or decline the request, and if a recommendation to decline is to be overridden, at what rate it should be accepted and what price the remaining rooms should be sold at, to meet or exceed budget expectations.

Rate Evaluator

Often groups bookings are turned away due to client budgetary constraints. This module will assist hoteliers in evaluating the impact of the request and will offer scenarios with recommendations to consider.
